Will
you pray with us?
Global Christian persecution, global intercession in response.
Every day we see many disgusting images of global persecution of Christians. We see but a small portion of the violent Christian persecution, both physically and mentally.
In the Bible we read of the coming tribulation,
as Jesus says in John 16: 32-33.
He promises His peace in response, as an encouragement to persevere because He has already overcome.
He promises His peace in response, as an encouragement to persevere because He has already overcome.
In John 17, Jesus intercedes for all Christians
and He calls us to pray in unity.
Global intercession as a response to the global Christian persecution.
The intercession begins with
the prayer Jesus taught us in Mathew 6, in which we pray that God's will be done, and where we ask for forgiveness and give forgiveness.
Then intercession from 1 Timothy 2: 1-2 for all people in positions of authority; pray that God touches their hearts, so that God's people, Christians, can live in peace, according to His will.
Intercession that closes with the powerful prayer of forgiveness of Jesus on the cross: "Father forgive them, for they know not what they do".

This letter is a call to daily intercession in your own language from your own Bible.
On September 26th, 2015, from 10:00 to 14:00, we will host a ‘global intercession day’ in The Hague,
The Netherlands. We will pray the above mentioned intercessory prayers in
seventy different languages!
You are most welcome on this day!
We invite you to daily pray the following prayers in your
own language.
Our Father which art in heaven, hallowed be thy name;
Thy Kingdom come;
thy will be done, in Earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread;
and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors;
and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
